Saysha Heinzman is a strength and nutrition coach who believes in the transformative power of barbells for all bodies.
Through her years of experience as both a coach and a competitive athlete, she knows how frustrating pain and injuries can be. She has practical experience with rehabbing injuries in the weight room, not only with her clients but with herself as well.
Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years she also knows how confusing the messaging surrounding training and nutrition can be. She is committed to coaching evidence-based principles with a down-to-earth, accessible style. She believes in education and empowering all of her clients to seek out the strongest version of themselves.
Saysha is also prenatal and postnatal certified, and has contributed fitness content for notable publications including VICE, Greatist, and Tonic.
In her downtime, Saysha enjoys competing in various feats of strength, writing, knitting, and playing a LOT of Dungeons and Dragons.
