After struggling with persistent low back pain for several years from a golf injury, I was desperate to find some relief and get back to my active lifestyle. Went to PhysioRX to rehab my injured knee but also work on general strength. Everyone there is super professional and engaged and I found the hybrid model of in person and app based rehab was cost effective and kept me accountable. My knee hasn’t felt this good in years and my general strength, which had been declining with age, is back on the right track.

I was eager to break my pattern of doing high impact cardio and injuring myself every couple of months or doing intense workout classes that made me so sore I would never come back. But the small group training sessions at PhysioRX are totally my jam and I’m already on my second series. It’s just four people and somebody is always there to work with me and answer my questions... Each session has workouts that are tailored to fit my goals and keep up forward momentum at the right pace. Before PhysioRX, I used to constantly check the clock looking for when I could finally leave the gym or studio but I don’t do that here because Georgio and Will have created a realistic workout plan for me that is both challenging but not intimidating. Everyone attending the classes are also so nice and because the class is so small you will end up getting to know the people you work out with. So if you are like me, someone who doesn’t know how to exercise, who has ghosted on several trendy fitness studios in Brooklyn, but wants to develop a better relationship to fitness and movement.... give PhysioRX a shot.

After years of soccer, CrossFit, and a resulting knee injury, I came to PhysioRx with multiple areas of pain. I didn’t want to give up my fitness, but needed guidance. PhysioRX became my perfect solution. After an initial consult, I was paired up with Connor and Alex, who helped me return to a consistent weight training and cardio routine (specifically evening out a persistently imbalanced squat!). They are super responsive, check in regularly and are quick to make changes to work outs based on my needs. They’re very knowledgeable and clearly very skilled in what they do. As a “Master’s athlete” it’s comforting to know I’m working with trainers who are also DPTs. Thanks guys, I plan on sticking around for a while!!

I came to PhysioRx after a meniscus tear and partial meniscectomy surgery. I was eager to get back to CrossFit and hiking, but I was also nervous. Working weekly on strength and mobility helped me immensely. In less than 2 weeks after returning to CrossFit, I've already PR'd 2 lifts and I am taking a hiking trip this week. I didn't expect to come out of this injury stronger than I'd been before, but working with the PhysioRx team made that happen!

Writing a well deserved 5 star review for Georgio Baylouny and Connor Cronan of PhysioRX. Long story short, these guys are great! I sought Georgio's help for PT services (I'm now pain free without the need of any surgeries) and continued working with him and Connor through their virtual 12 week custom exercise and nutrition program. In those 12 weeks I went from ~192lbs to  ~176lbs and feel amazing. They aren't into gimmicks or fads, they just understand the science behind health and fitness and help deliver results. Whether you're looking for Physical Therapy services or need help getting into shape, I highly recommend Georgio and Connor's services.

Georgio and his team at PhysioRX were fantastic and helped me heal and strengthen a partial MCL tear in my right knee. Kept with the scheduled training regiments and ended up getting PRs on my bench, DL and squat. Highly recommend PhysioRX for anyone looking for Sports-applicable PT and training.

After dealing with an injury for 6 months, I finally started going to PT, only to find that the therapist I was going to initially was not helping at all. My doctor then recommended Georgio and I am very grateful to have worked with him! Not only did he help me identify different ways to heal my injury, but he also taught me how to manage any pain that did occur from time to time. Georgio is very knowledgeable and truly understands how the body works, which made me trust him from the beginning. Using his app was also very easy and convenient, since I spend most of my time on the go. Each day he set daily goals and exercises and if I ever needed to adjust my schedule or get in contact, it was very easy and seamless. My goal for PT was to get back into my boxing classes without any pain and he helped me accomplish that goal. I would 100% come back to Georgio if I ever get injured again.

If it weren’t for his reliable and expert guidance I probably wouldn’t be where I am today—lifting heavier, more mindfully, and with better load management. Top tier service! Georgio was great - super helpful and knowledgeable. He was super good about checking in to see if I needed help and to see how I was progressing. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone limited on time who needs to rehab an injury.

Came to PhysioRX for chronic back pain that I've been dealing with for most of my adult life. Georgio put me on a program to reintroduce load on my back and I started noticing within 3 weeks. With the open line of communication with Connor and Georgio i was able to work remotely and have weekly communication on my progress and how i was feeling after each workout. 4 months later my pain is almost gone and quality of life has significantly improved.

I can totally write a long review for PhysioRX, but let's get to the point: HIGHLY Recommended! I am a competitive powerlifter, and I saw Georgio for left side hip labral joint pain which prevented me from squatting heavy. Georgio not only identified the root cause but also guided my body for further injury prevention. He always spends one full hour giving me all the attention and patience, understanding my progress at the time and adjusting the treatment and program on the with all aspects of knowledge. After several months of severe pain training, within only a few weeks, I was surprisingly finding myself back under the barbell squatting again. Georgio is the best PT I've ever seen. I had issues with tennis elbow and Georgio not only saw me and helped with my pain management, but he also gave me exercises to do at home. I would often forget exactly how to perform some of the exercises, and Georgio would send me detailed videos with instructions. I've been to another PT place before and I did not get any out of office help. It has been months since I have seen him and he is still sending me emails asking about my issue. I actually just went to see an orthopedist, and Georgio was one of the first people I called to get his opinion. I have never met a professional who cared so much about my well being.

I never write reviews, but my session at PhysioRX was so individualized and thorough I had to share. I got big into crossfit a few years ago and get occasional shoulder and knee pain. I've tried several PT clinics in the area and they tend to feel generic and like I'm always being rushed out for the next client. Georgio was so knowledgable and my session with him was personalized and I never felt hurried. Finally a great PT option in the area!

Georgio is very attentive and specific with what works based on the patients needs. I just started doing crossfit in January and my shoulder has been acting up. It's feeling better after a few sessions and I'm back to working out.

Great. Came here post rotator cuff surgery. First off, it's inside a gym. Each session was 60 minutes of hands on training that felt more like a workout than your standard boring PT sessions. I Saw Zach over the course of several months. He was super friendly, and super knowledgable. I learned a lot and walked away stronger with great tips on form/workouts/stretches etc.

I found PhysioRX at 5 months post ACL reconstruction. After going through the typical PT clinics, I knew that I had to find a place that knew how to rehab this complex injury... PhysioRX is very knowledgeable with treating ACLs and they are always staying on top of the latest research. Here you get 1 on 1 high quality care and an individualized program to do on your own. I can honestly say that Georgio has made my journey to recovery smooth and he has even made me a better athlete.

I worked with Georgio for ACL post-surgical physical therapy. He focused on rehab/knee specific movements, overall strength, and some anaerobic and sports specific conditioning to get me back into competitive sports. Overall, he gave me that final boost of confidence that I needed to go full force into competitive sports training. Lastly, he programmed BFR specific training for me outside of the work that I did with him at the gym and it proved to be really effective in growing quad size.
