Melissa is a certified Nutrition Coach who believes that small actions can lead to big changes and sustainable results. She looks at every client as a unique human – someone who has individual stresses, needs, differences & challenges.
As a trainer over the years, Melissa has learned that nutrition is a critical component to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Nutrition has proven to be the most difficult & frustrating part for most clients, especially figuring out when, how much and what to eat.
Melissa has since shifted her focus to helping clients create achievable nutrition goals, and helping them to adjust their behaviors and skills in order to achieve those goals. She believes that nutrition should be simple, delicious (and never restrictive)!
In her personal time, Melissa enjoys lifting weights, training her husband, traveling around Europe (she just moved to Berlin!), trying new recipes and eating ice cream.
